Didn’t have many options and was looking for an ‘authorized’ dealer under the Brand but I’ve figured, I might as well work with a general Phone Repair pro that’s worked on similar phones which Stop N Fix has done many times! So after a quick phone call, I dropped my phone off, and he could’ve gotten it fixed that same day but there were some parts missing that needed shipment. He ordered them and then about 2 business days my phone was back to New! He did a great job and will be my contact going forward for other phone repairs.”

The guy tells me that there might be more things wrong with the iPad. He even called me about the situation and that the price will increase. I told him no problem I will pick it up in a week, he agreed. A week later I came to pick it up and when I arrived the iPad was still in the same condition as when I first brought it in. No type of work got done, and when I try to get an explanation, he couldn’t say anything but just look down at the iPad. For 2 minutes he had nothing to say, so I took my tablet back and walked out. I will never do business here again and I came 2 times before this situation. Very unprofessional with no type of care. Thanks Stop N Fix for wasting my time.”
